I am truly honored to serve as Patron of the 2026 Corner Brook Winter Carnival. After the snowy, grey days of December and January, the Winter Carnival is the perfect way to lift our spirits and bring our community together.

 Now is the time to do exactly what this year’s theme invites us to do -  

“Get in the Spirit, Get in the Mix for Winter Carnival 2026!”

A huge thank-you to Mr. Bradbury’s class at Eastside Elementary School for such a fantastic slogan.

I encourage everyone in Corner Brook, our neighboring communities, and visitors from near and far to jump in and enjoy the many activities, events, and meals that will make February 20 to March 1 an unforgettable celebration. There is truly something for everyone.

A special thank-you goes out to the dedicated volunteers who make Winter Carnival possible - the Organizing Committee, sponsors, community groups, and all those who prepare the meals and organize the events. Your hard work and commitment are what bring this celebration to life.

Now it’s your turn to take part, celebrate, and show pride in one of the best places to live in the world.
